By purchasing via this Application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions. Read below carefully before using our online service. If you do not agree any of the Terms and Conditions, you will not be able to use this online service.
Term of use
Use of the Application is available only to people who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. The people who are “incompetent to contract” as per local Contract Acts are not eligible to use the application.
If you are a minor (i.e. under the age of 18 years), you may use this Application only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use, Those who choose to access the Application from outside of United Arab Emirates are responsible for compliance with local laws whenever applicable.
By using the Application, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
Registration – My account
Registration includes the information (Your Information) that you need to provide us in order to deal with us and so that we can contact you. You agree that we may use (and update) your information to manage your Registration and to control your identity during the online checkout process.

Products information, stock, and pricing
This Application strives to provide you accurate products information (such as stock availability, pricing, products features, images, and specifications).
The colors of our products that appear on the Application will be displayed as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
Publishing any form of product information (ads, offers, magazines and flyers) on the Application does not guarantee stock, offer and price availability online or in store.
In the event that a product is listed and invoiced at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, the Generaltec Application has the right, to either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
The specifications (Colors, Kilograms, dimensions, Capacities, Power Ratings, Tonnage, and Liters etc) of our products that appear on the Application will be displayed as accurately as possible. However, due to an error in specification or product information, the Generaltec Application has the right, to either contact you for modifications of order or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Stock availability and pricing are subject to change without prior notice. All Prices and Fees are inclusive of VAT if applicable – unless stated otherwise.
Delivery Information
The delivery process will be done upon your mutual understanding and negotiation with our Authorized Sales Representative after order confirmation.
Dear Customer, your availability at the scheduled time helps to complete the delivery successfully. If you want to reschedule delivery again, please call 24811010 maximum by 10:00 pm in the day before the scheduled date.
Order cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please call on 24811010 maximum by 10:00 pm in the same day before the scheduled date.
Warranty, maintenance and repair
All our products have one-year Full Warranty from the date of Purchase or from the Date of Delivery.
5 years Warranty of Compressors for Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, Chillers, Freezers and Water Cooler from the date of Purchase or from the Date of Delivery.
You must check and read owner manual before using the product to make sure it meets all safety, security and electrical local requirements.
All products sold by us have received quality control approvals and are deemed to be functional when shipped by us. If there is any problem with the purchased product, it is recommended to contact directly to the Generaltec office number 24811010 to get repair for the product.
Amendment of the Terms and Conditions
Generaltec may at any time modify the Terms and Conditions of the Application without any prior notification to you. You can access the latest version of the Terms and Conditions at any given time on our Application. In the event the modified Terms and Conditions are not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified Terms & Conditions of use of this application.
