Yes. After every successful purchase you will get a confirmation mail/SMS along with the order number, order details and payment details. You will also get a text message which contains your order number.

How do I pay for a Generaltec purchase?
Generaltec provides different types of payment methods. The list are:-
- Cash on Delivery.
- Bank Transfer.
- Pay by any Debit card or Credit Card. ( *this is applicable only in our Showroom/Store*)
Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on Generaltec.com?
NO hidden charges. The prices listed for all the items are inclusive of TAX/VAT. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay. Delivery charges may be extra depending on the buyer’s discretion.
Do you offer COD(Cash On Delivery)?
Yes we can do deliver on COD.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges are depends on Location and Quantity of Products and also depends on types of Products.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Standard Delivery: 24 to 48 hours is the estimated delivery time. For Same-Day Delivery: Order before 2 PM, and get your items delivered on the same day. Orders received after 2 PM will be delivered the next day. But the charges may be extra depends upon location.
I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?
Returns are easy and can be done within 7 days of purchase. Call on 065391132 or visit our Generaltec Stores with your order details and your Invoice detail.

I bought a product from Generaltec and I found that it is not working properly? What next?
We will accept return of the item within 7 days of your purchase if the item is not working or is found defective. Visit our service center or call service center 065391132 or visit our Replacement and Refund Policy Page.

What should I do if I have any concerns with the product during the warranty period?
You can visit any of our any nearby stores and our staff would be more than happy to assist you.
Do you deliver products outside the UAE?
No. Currently we do not deliver outside the UAE.
Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
No. You cannot change the delivery address after an order has been placed. Because there will be difference in Delivery charges. However, you may cancel and re-initiate a new order with the updated delivery information.
We strongly recommend you to keep your contact information updated at all times.
What happens if I am not home to accept the order delivery?
Our courier partner will contact you on the mobile number you had given at the time of placing the order.
You may suggest an alternate schedule for receiving your order. However, after 3 unsuccessful attempts to contact will result in auto cancellation of your order.
