If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we can return the sold items within seven days

From the date of purchase/delivery. The returned/exchange policy subject to the following terms and conditions.

  • Products should be accompanied with the original sales invoice for Exchange.
  • We will accept return of the item within 7 days of your purchase if the item is not working or found manufacturing fault. If the product is found to be defective after 7 days from date of purchase then customer need to visit our Service Center or you may call on 065391132 to register your complaint.
  • You may walk-in to any GENERALTEC Store along with the invoice and product, contact with front desk officer about your complaint. Our concerned Technical team will check the complaint and evaluate that if it is genuine. Upon their confirmation then we will process the refund and returned back the customer payments.
  • We will return the product if the product is not working due to manufacturing defect. Also customer must have the original box, Information booklet and all other accessories returned too, in addition to any other gifts, gift cards or any other offers that might have been included with the purchased product.
  • If the product’s original box was opened, and the original seal was removed, but the product is still unused, we will return the product. But it must have the original box, Information booklet and all other accessories must be returned too, in addition to any other gifts, gift cards or any other offers that might have been included with the purchased product.

Excluding of Refund Policy

We apologize that we will not return or exchange the products for the below cases only:

  • The product has been used.
  • The product has been Fixed/installed (like Air conditioner and water cooler.)
  • The products that are broken down or defective due to misusage (E.g. cracking, scratching, misuse, etc.), and will be determined based on the product check that will take place by Generaltec team.
  • If the packaging is incomplete or product damaged, scratched, exchange will not be applicable.
  • Service, delivery and installation charges are non-refundable once performed. If a delivery is attempted, shipping fees will be deducted from the amount, but you will receive a refund for the balance.

Note: To get the benefits of refund policy customer must visit Generaltec Stores within 7 days of purchase and must have original Invoice with product.
